Majority of The Lands of P are ruled by a mysterious religious organization known as The Order of P. The outlying islands, known as Paedophobia isle and Paedocracy isle, are ruled under two distinctly different forms of government; yet they are considered affiliates to The Order of P and are not separate from the country. Paedophobia isle is ruled under a dictatorship. Their leader, Preston Payton, has an irrational fear of children and bases most of the isle's ideals and government around this fact. Paedocracy isle is quite the opposite. The isle has population completely made up of children, these children rule with a semi-democratic type of government. Paedocracy isle's current president is Preston Paul, age 9.
