This template is used to indicate that the preceding text has an incorrect or unusual spelling, phrase and/or punctuation that has been reproduced verbatim from the quoted original and is not a transcription error. Pages that use this template will be placed into Category:Text errors.

Types are:
misplaced : for words in the wrong order or out of place period. ex.: He barked a dog the.
spelling
grammar
(none) Avoid not adding a type. If no type is included a default category of Misc errors is assigned. This means someone else will have to review the sic and add a type. Not cool.

You should always supply a short reason to display as a tool tip.
