My name is Derek, I've been playing Guild Wars since a few months after its release, and I still love it.

I have pre-purchased the GW2CE because I love art, and a figurine of the most badass character ever doesn't hurt.

During the the first beta and stress test I played as my soon-to-be main Tancred Spitfire, Charr warrior of Iron Legion. I love the rifle, and the greatsword on swap is an excellent combo. Tancred is with the descendants of Descendants of Honor [DH], the legacy guild I belong to. We are located on the Stormbluff Isle Server, and we look forward to organizing a relaxed, but capable WvW team once the full game hits.

Got to say, I had the most fun playing WvW during the beta. We played from 6pm to 6am capturing each and every camp, tower, keep, and even Orb in ALL the borderlands with our small little group. Meanwhile some cool guys in Eternal held a good chunk of that map. Good times. You may be able to go on Youtube and check out our awesome. With no real limit in sight for Guild sizes, we are taking on mature players for PvE, PvP, and general shenanigans. Hey, even if you are already a part of another cool guild, but want to get together and take on some higher level content, let us know.

We have a little bit of everything for a little bit of everyone. We even have a section for those who are interested in Role Playing in GW2. Normally this isn't something I'm overly interested in, but I have to say, I'm so excited for GW2 that I've gotten into it. Plus who wouldn't want to play as a perfectly grumpy old Charr bastard with a overdeveloped sense of racism and a fondness for boomsticks?
