The Order Of Spirits was founded by a group of real-life family and friends who wished to have an easier way to communicate and play with each other in PvE. Members wear the guild tag to make it easier to spot each other and form groups in towns and outposts, and to facilitate chatting with each other even when in separate areas of the game via guild chat. The group largely has no interest whatsoever in PvP.
The guild now primarily plays Guild Wars 2 in the Crystal Desert world.
Recruitment[edit]
Recruitment pretty much consists of real-life attempts to get more friends and family to play Guild Wars. When such recruitment is successful, the new player is immediately invited into the guild, and as much assistance (in the form of advice, weapons, runes, materials, etc. as well as grouping with the player to assist with quests and missions) as possible is provided to help ensure the new player has a pleasurable experience in the game.
It is very, very unlikely that any random player would be actively recruited or allowed into the guild, but there is no strict limitation to prevent this. Rather, it's just not very probable that anyone would want to join us.

Leadership is pretty much just a formality, and at points in time where other obligations have prevented each of the members for playing for extended periods of time, leadership has passed to each of us due to the in-game timeout mechanism.

Officers[edit]
Officers are pretty much the founding members of the guild. They are not likely to ever change.
Members[edit]
Members are the various friends and family we've convinced to buy Guild Wars 2 and play the game with us. They are welcome to identify themselves here if they so choose.
Voice Chat[edit]
The guild maintains a TeamSpeak 3 ([1]) server for the purposes of communications while playing. The server's address is: teampseak.csreloaded.com. Keep in mind that although it is hosted on a dedicated machine, the machine is on a consumer cable internet connection and is using dynamic DNS. In other words: there are any number of reasons why you might not be able to get to it at any particular time.
The voice server is password protected. You will have to speak to a guild member in order to be granted access.

Some additional add-ons that be handy while playing are:
- TeamSpeak Overlay - Handy for showing who is speaking while in-game.
- Windows Key Disabler A nice little app that runs in your system tray. Double-click to temporarily disable the Windows key on your keyboard. Handy because GW uses Ctrl and Alt so heavily.
