I live in South Africa.

I'm a Senior C++ Programmer. I really love programming and have been doing it since I was 7 years old and now professionally for 14 years

• C# ( Ironical I don't get to do allot of this :( But ALLOT of Cli/C++ )
• Python ( Did a bit of this )
• Apple Basic ( Is what I started with in 1986 )
• GW Basic ( DOS 3.31 )
• Q Basic ( DOS 6.22 )

But after the first 6 languages you think to your self: "What ever its just another language". My learning order was Basic, Pascal, Delphi, C, C++, PIC ASM, Normal PC Assembler, AVR ASM and then the rest.

My hobbies include:

• PC games - These days only Guild Wars 2 but I enjoy RPG, TPS, RTS and puzzle Games
• Reading - Science fiction, fantasy, Crime fiction, Detective fiction, Conspiracy fiction, Legal thriller, Medical thriller, Political thriller, Spy fiction, Psychological thriller Techno-thriller
• LEGO - Robotics, Technic and Space
• Movies - Animation and pretty much everything I read also.
• Dogs - I have two German Shepherds and a Dachshund/Jack Russell ( Imagine a Dog the length of a Dachshund with those ears but shorter nose, as high as a Jack Russell the build leg build of a Jack and she can jump like a Jack, very fast and can corner on a dime. She has a black Pelt with a scruffy line running down her back from her next to her tail but the rest is like a Dachshunds pelt )
• Electronics to a degree. I used it allot in my career when I was still working as an Embedded Programmer. I also build SOME sensors and so on for my LEGO robots to play with.
