My simple suggestion for admins on this wiki at this time is to promote at least one extremely trusted user from each of the big wikis (Gwiki, PvX and GWW comes to mind) to be a bureaucrat. Let them rule, trust them, and adopt policies/guidelines/documents as the need comes by.
