Thoughtless Potion is an effect acquired from using a Thoughtless Potion, which gives players devil's horns. The effect lasts for one hour, and players can cancel it early by consuming the potion while already under its effects. The effect cannot be used in dungeons, fractals of the mists, or sPvP, but can be used everywhere else, including WvW.
