Is Skysplitter an inactive mechanic?

I have just noticed a thing with this template: a note in it says that items in italic means inactive mechanics and Skysplitter is showed that way. However, the respective article doesn't indicate anything about it being inactive or not. Since I'm not used to WvW, neither do I have any idea what Skysplitter is about, could someone confirm this info please? A minor detail, I know, but I thought it worth pointing out.

Those are both mechanics of the Desert Borderlands and that marking was forgotten from the time that Desert BL wasn't available in the game. Thanks for pointing that out, it's fixed now. 09:44, 12 September 2016 (UTC)
