Adding the template to Precursor pages

With the new Experimental and Perfected weapons all linked together through a nav, it seems odd to not have this for precursor weapons. For now I will only have this template but not implement it. If there is no opposition to it, I'll throw this in along with a (yet to be made) legendary weapon nav.
