Prices at different tiers

To confirm: yes, the prices do change, although it looks like it's only the prices shown while at T1 (for T2-T6) that change. I checked T1-T5 and we currently have the correct prices for each tier when that tier is active. Tiers 2-5 also agree with each other and the wiki on T6's prices, but I don't have a T6 Dry Top handy to check against.
