Usage

Note, if the alternate article's subject and alternate article name are left out, this message defaults to article named "''name of redirect'' (disambiguation)" for "other uses".

Optional

{{ ... |OPTIONAL about alternate article 2|OPTIONAL alternate article 2 name}}

{{ ... |OPTIONAL about alternate article 3|OPTIONAL alternate article 3 name}}

Note, if left as normal, like above, the optional alternate will not show. If however you add an additional alternate article, it will add another "For other uses, see {{PAGENAME}} (disambiguation)" as default.
