The dialog information is incomplete. When the Snargle Goldclaw collection is in progress, she also offers:

then replies:

Huh? Been awhile since anyone wanted to talk about my artsy side gig. Hard to focus on that with all the recent disturbances. If you help my husband and I, I'll get you sent one, okay?

options then are:

-> Uh, where is your husband?

X A jade statue would be great!

Selecting the option to advance produces:

Hmm. We got separated, so he's probably still out there trying to find his way to me. You might be able to find him around here. I'll mark it on your map.
