Wurm Eggs as Trophy/Event Items can also be collected from the Wurm's Gullet in Diessa Plateau. I have not found an event that uses them there yet and do not know if they can be used in Wayfarers but they do look identical. Update - found an event - A Celebration of Meat - Help Karris Quickcalm hunt for wurm eggs inside Wurm's Gullet. Count Calixtus 17:38, 19 October 2012 (UTC)
