With regard to the item dropping "after Solid Ocean Fractal," I found it in my daily chest last night after finishing Mai Trin, so I'm inclined to think the dropping of the item is unrelated to which boss fractal you do. Andred (talk) 17:07, 6 July 2014 (UTC)
