I was able to get this as a drop from the Speaker Ritualist in Echovald near Karstadt Village. I believe the text is an error. Couldn't find any Speaker Ritualist in Dragon's End. I got mine from either a speaker warrior or a speaker guerilla, but definitely not a ritualist. My guess is that like other similar collection trinkets, it can drop from any type of enemy from the right faction. 109.11.224.17 05:24, 26 March 2022 (UTC)
