If you are going for Uzolan's Mechanical Orchestra achievement near Delanian Waypoint [&BAgAAAA=] in Kessex Hills follow the road west, then head north to a point of interest (aka Uzolan's hideout) at the gate you will find discarded papers, interact and complete the achievement portion. Goodluck!
