leaving where they can be acquired like KyraRobbie put. It is the same int Use Staff. and in many of other areas of the Steal item pages. therefore to maintain consistancy it should be here as well.

Thanks for defending it. This and one other stolen skill were the only ones that didn't have anything stating on how to acquire it. It took spamming content to find that you could steal it from Cutthroat Sappers. I'm sure they are others though so if you find any others, please leave them in the Acquisitions section.Kira 02:22, 15 July 2016 (UTC)
