Criteria for "I'm busy with my students" line and no fight option

I've also gotten this response after speaking with Tsuko right after someone else had completed the fight. I got the option to start the fight myself after a recovery period of roughly a minute. Sathgirus (talk) 02:31, 19 April 2022 (UTC)

I have base of operations and also got the busy line. There wasn't someone that had appeared to have done it recently. Waiting for a bit did unlock the fight however. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 76.147.123.16 (talk) at 16:58, 2 December 2022‎ (UTC).

Unresolved bug

It's possible to complete Tsuko's Hero Challenge, receive the "Event Succeeded" message, and get no rewards. Switching characters allows an alt to repeat the challenge and get rewards. Possibly a failed event reset related to logging out a character after completing the challenge without leaving Arborstone. Tyrene (talk) 00:05, 3 April 2023 (UTC)

You are currently describing the effects of the Diminishing returns, put in place so that people cannot farm a single event on a single character over and over again. Doing another activity/event on affected character clears the DR. ~Sime 00:12, 3 April 2023 (UTC)
