Talk:Tixx's Giver's Inscription

I am trying to make the Tixx's Herald but Tixx's Giver's Inscription is not showing up any recipe. So I went to Ballistics Genius Virkk in the Mistlock Sanctuary and bought the Recipe: Ascended Warhorn only to find out I have the recipe already learned. How in the world do I get the Inscription? This is one thing I have never liked about crafting in GW2 is the lack of clarity. Even with the help of wiki I am still lost on this. The last thing that Virkk listed was Recipe: Ascended Inscription and nothing after that yet the wiki shows there should be 2 more items listed. One of those 2 missing is the one I need. I wish the container had a preview .. this has been a waste so far. I need help. What step am I missing??

I followed the wiki to here: Tixx's Giver's Inscription yet Virkk does not have the Recipe: Tixx's Giver's Inscription for me to buy.... Is there some achievement I must get first??

I'm not familiar with the items offered only during Wintersday, but this may be one such item. If others can confirm that it is, then we'll have to find a way to note its temporary availability. Sorry that this is causing you a problem. G R E E N E R 19:35, 20 July 2018 (UTC)
