• The Wreckage Spot only yields Tangle Weed for me. Might there be other prerequisites?

"Kaineng City: Speak to Officer Suni in the second floor office of the East Precinct"

• Can't bring up the tapestry when talking to Officer Suni. The only dialogue option is "Is there something I could do to help?" after which she guides to talk to Mizuki. That's impossible though, as one can't talk to Officer Mizuki at all. Might there be some other prerequisites as well?
• Completing the meta event unlocked the dialogue!

Echovald Wilds -- Might be related to Aspenwood Meta. I saw a collection marker near sublevel b1 but cant reach it without people/turtles to do the chain event.
