Hi, I find this wiki helpful, but sometimes it can leave you wondering 'what's the use of this page?'. This is a case in point - no addtional info over that which is given when you hover over the item. Turns out while you can get it from the chest, it seems the trader wont take it unless you have Heart of Thorns (which I don't).
