Notes:

• The screenshot I have of him includes additional 2 identical seeming NPCs (same hair, beard, clothing, and weapon). Plus one more with the same clothing and weapon (and facing away). On this basis, I consider it likely that his appearance may change. None of those screenshots captured the other NPC names.
• All items are level: 11
• Tiny Dredge Tuning fork (probaby an accessory) quote: "Do the dredge use these for eating?" -- Surveyor Falki
