20% increase of Inflicted Burning Duration of what though?

Someone asked in game about this Sigil saying "Increase Inflicted Burning Duration: 20%" and I could not properly answer as I was not sure. So I thought I would ask here. They said this:

"Increase the inflicted burning duration of my weapon itself or of my character over all?"

It increases the condition duration of all burning that you apply from your skills, traits, etc. It stacks with other sources of condition duration and expertise, up to 100%. --BuffsEverywhere (talk) 17:50, 5 October 2021 (UTC)
