Does anyone with experience with this sigil know if the cooldown only triggers on a successful boon removal, or can the proc be wasted on a foe without boons? Cirian 05:01, 1 December 2012 (UTC)

I didn't test it, but if it functions the way Sigil of Generosity does, the proc can be wasted on a foe without boons. Pucktrapper 19:29, 25 April 2013 (UTC)
