How does the damage bonus work here? Is it a flat damage bonus off modified stats like rune of the berserker? Is it 7% of base damage or of total damage? Does it affect condition damage or power? 79.74.255.40 21:03, 7 June 2017 (UTC)

I just did some testing on ice nova, it works as an aoe on 5 targets I don't know the range
