Heal Amount

Heals ~171 with 30 healing power and 175 with 312. Wondering about coefficients for people with healing power gear

At 900 healing power in WvW i get 183 heal ticks. Current heal formula seems wrong, that would put my ticks at 234. --Obèlíx (talk) 15:14, 14 December 2018 (UTC)

Could somebody test this with a scepter mesmer with clones up please? I wanna know whether torment applied by clones heals the caster or simply heals the clone that applied it. --Saiabus (talk) 20:00, 5 March 2019 (UTC)
