Talk:Superior Rune of Surging

I understand that shock aura is stronger than fire aura, but the elite skills except for Feel my Wrath are on rather long cooldown , so this loses much of its potential. Having it activate when below 80% health would be much better. --Life Infusion «T» 04:57, 2 February 2016 (UTC)
