Duration bug

"The 30% confusion duration doesn't update tooltips, and doesn't increase confusion duration."

I removed this because there was no explanation about how it was tested. If it's true that it doesn't increase condition duration, then the reference to the tooltip not updating is secondary. 75.37.17.143 05:09, 29 August 2013 (UTC)

None of the updates ever mention fixing it so either it's still bugged or there was a stealth update. Dunno, I stopped using runes of Perplexity when they made the runes of the krait better. 76.127.240.160 23:57, 13 September 2014 (UTC)
