Talk:Summit Hero's Reward

For these meta-achieve containers, has anyone tried opening them on a character below level 80? I'm wondering if they work like normal champion bags, or if they are like the Dragon Chest (container) from Tequatl that *must* be opened on a level 80 to get the full rewards.
