Found in the Boneyard, zone with a PoI in the Glowering overlook. Enter the cave, use the raptor to jump to the pillar on the left, use the jackal to enter the sandportal in front of the pillar you are standing on. Then, use the raptor to jump on the ledge to the right of the exit gate, and walk up to the chest behind the awakened NPC.
