All of the +9 agony infusions pages start with a blurb about the title being wrong due to technical limitations. But this is false; you can create pages with the correct titles by using URI-escaped '+' (%2B) before the '9' in the title:

Users won't be able to type the URL directly without also doing the same thing, but this shouldn't be very interesting since nearly all page accesses are the result of searches anyway. But if you're overly concerned about it, you can always create a redirect page.
