This doesnt give 20% reduced recharge on my signets. Anyone else notice this doesnt seem to be working?

Duration does not stack

It might be worth noting that while the precision stacks, the duration does not. Every new application of precision from this trait sets the displayed timer to 60 seconds, but in actuality it is only showing time remaining for the most recent signet activated. Regardless of what the timer shows, each activation of a signet grants a +100 precision buff on it's own separate 60 second timer. 73.254.145.186 02:15, 21 September 2016 (UTC)
