So....Would this be broken in PvP?
Bug: Is this Sigil functioning?[edit]
This Sigil doesn't exist in PvP, so I wasn't able to test it with a steady weapon that does constant damage. I was testing this with a low level dagger in a low level area vs a level 2 moa. As a thief, WILD STRIKE was doing 38-40 damage. This means it should theoretically do 41+ damage on stunned or knocked down moas (38+10%=41.8). I used TRIPWIRE to knock the moa down and WILD STRIKE still was doing 38-40 damage. I wanted to test if Basilisk Venom was counted as a stun for the Sigil but considering the Sigil wasn't even working on a knocked down enemy, I would be unable to determine if the Basilisk Venom was counted as a stun or that the Sigil was broken. I tested is on a grawl as well. 40-43 damage,, never got 44 damage on a knocked down foe. I'd appreciate if someone with a significant stun or knock down ability for their class tested the Sigil to see if they got a 10% damage increase. 58.11.231.87
