I'm here on 11/23/17, on my main, who is caught up in the story. While Shining Blade Agent Bilman is present on the docks, the ship is gone. Can anyone else confirm this? I have no active story step, and "One Path Ends" is showing as complete in my story journal.
Only making a big deal about this, because if they've removed the ship, then the page for Lion's Arch should no longer say that that zone contains access to Siren's Landing.
