=Location+ From the Wizard's Tower waypoint, go south past the mystic forge and up the two sets of stairs. At the top, turn right (west). Immediately before the stairs, face south-east. There are two Astral Ward Mages and one Astral Ward Protector talking to each other. You will be facing an entrance in the wall (the opposite wall is intact). Go through the entrance and turn right. Location of artifact[edit]
There is no artifact on the table next to Drakologist Niko and Drakologist Daisy under Isgarren's Quarters POI. I found this artifact directly in Isgarren's Quarters. At the entrace to quarters look right. Artifact is on the table behind three NPC's (mage, skirmisher and warrior)--Trover (talk) 15:33, 16 September 2023 (UTC)
- It was definitely below the quarters. However, considering the ingame hint, it is certainly possible that it was an incorrect location and the lastest bugfixing patch correctly moved the object to the mentioned PoI. ~Sime 16:25, 16 September 2023 (UTC)
