I am confused by the tool tip and notes here; are charms and symbols acquired 20% or 100% of the time? --Brynela (talk) 23:45, 25 March 2019 (UTC)

This kit has a 100% chance to salvage runes and sigils inside equipment, which will yield lucent motes and a rare chance for a charm or symbol. The 20% chance refers to obtaining Globs of Ectoplasm and Globs of Dark Matter. --BuffsEverywhere (talk) 23:59, 25 March 2019 (UTC)

I'm not getting 100% salvage of runes on exotics.

Compared to the Silver-Fed Salvage-o-Matic

For clarity, this does not recover the rune or sigil itself? Or does this salvage the rune into lucent motes like the Silver-Fed Salvage-o-Matic, but at a 20% higher chance (aka: 100%)? 12.186.104.253 09:56, 8 April 2019 (UTC)
