Crafting[edit]
Anyone know how to craft this? I've seen it around on the trading post and I've been able to recover it from smashing 'of the Afflicted' gear, but would like to just be able to craft it outright. Haven't been able to find any info on it anywhere. Solocommand 04:01, 6 September 2012 (UTC)
Broken?[edit]
Is the second (+10%) and fourth (+15%) effect of the Major Rune broken? Cuz it doesn't increase the duration of my bleeding first skill of my rifle on my warrior (bleeding shot). Nor does it show the increase in the tooltip. I have tested it! Can any one confirm that? -- Zayeban 22:55, 9 September 2012 (UTC)
Confirmed
- I've tested it, and while it doesn't show in the tooltip, it DOES increase the duration. Bleed will only note the damage if you manage to get a full 1s increase, so I combine it with Sigil of Agony, which gives +10% bleed, and I used 4s bleeds with the +(15+10)% duration and it added a full tick of bleed damage. I recomend this plus 25 Deadly Arts for Pistol/Dagger Thieves as it gives you +50% damage from your bleeds. It will also do wonders with other bleed based builds that invest 25 points on their condition duration trait line (if their bleeds are also 4s natural duration). Lokheit 10:13, 3 November 2012 (UTC)
- I have also tested it furthermore and found out that the second effect (+10%) in some other combination of runes does increase full 10% and sometimes just 9%. However, the 4th effect (15%) only increased the bleed for 4% and not 15% as stated on the rune.
- @ Lokheit: Can you run the test for again for the 4th rune effect. Example: 4s +26% traits +10% first rune effect +15% second rune effect = should tick 6x. -- Zayeban 16:07, 3 November 2012 (UTC)
- 22/11/12 warrior dual sword bleed spec
- Hi, I have tested the "4 piece" set of the afflicted, and I can certify that the (4) +15% bleeding does not have any effect on the measured time of bleed (not the on the tooltip that doesn't updates right)
- (1): +17 Condition Damage
- (2): +10% Bleeding duration
- (3): +40 Condition Damage
- (4): +15% Bleeding duration
- 16.12.2015 Elementalist earth scepter autoattack against invincible Golem
- Without ANY increase in condition or bleeding duration I could maintain 10 stacks of bleeding
- With the Serrated Stones trait it increased to 12 stacks
- But without the trait and a full set of afflicted runes (+45%) it was down to 10 stacks again.
- So clearly the bleeding duration on this rune does absolutely nothing!
