OK, to clear up the above comment: prior to the 2013-02-26 update, conditions (including vulnerability) worked normally through Righteous Indignation. After the update and as of the time of this comment, only life-steal and retaliation work. -- Dagger 03:19, 15 March 2013 (UTC)
