• While the tooltip suggests alacrity is applied when the virtue is activated, it is applied when the Flowing Resolve effect triggers. - This is not how the trait currently works. It gives 2 seconds of Alacrity upon activation of Flowing Resolve (the initial skill activation). No further Alacrity is gained during the Flowing Resolve effect - that is the functionality of Phoenix Protocol. Removed the old note as it is incorrect.
