If the 25% drop rate is true (I can't really be sure of that), there's far less than a 1% chance you wouldn't have gotten it by now (0.000003%). There's no documented research of the rate anywhere I can find, but you may want to make a bug report on the official forums anyway. Toraen - talk 12:41, 25 July 2016 (UTC)
