I think the cooldown is much lower than stated in the article

The article says the recharge time is 40s. In the Deimos guides at Snowcrows and Hardstuck it's written that "blacks" or "oils" will spawn every 15 seconds. My experience is too that "oils" appear more often than every 40 seconds. Maybe someone can clarify that. TY <3

The wiki's own guide also says the blacks spawn every 15 seconds. The API however states 40, but I think we can add it as a note here. ~Sime 00:16, 28 December 2023 (UTC)
