This weapon is obtained via the free tournament reward chests for ranking 1st, 2nd, 3rd of 4th during an 8 team free tournament. More information is required to determine which level of chest gives it or if it is restricted to a certain chest at all. Yojimoshie 07:34, 7 November 2012 (UTC)
