Creatures dropping the item

I have not checked this, but the Saurians probably have to be specifically from Skywatch Archipelago (not HoT maps for instance, as suggested in the table on the page).
Also, there's likely more monsters than the 3 I mentioned who can drop it, but again, I've not been able to check.
