Anyone know how much this increases the regeneration by?

Also it'd be interesting to know if you gain 1 initiative immediately or only after 3 seconds have passed. That'd make the trait realtively useless since you lose lots of options by idle waiting.

That's why its called patience.

   It is like most other skills that trigger "every X seconds", it is based off the total game clock (so seconds into match modulo 3 is when you receive the initiative), so sometimes it will trigger right after stealthing, other times it will trigger after a few seconds. It just depends on when you happen to go into stealth
