Value for cheapskates

Looking at the gem store prices/discounts of relevant items over the last year, the cheapest these items have been is:
PoF Prep. Pack = -20% = 2,800 gems

Char. Slot = -35% = 520 gems
Bag Slots (2) = -40% = 240 x 2 = 480 gems
Infinite tools = -50% = 1,200 gems
L80 boost = -25% = 1,500 gems
B.L. Keys (10) = Varies*
Total value of contents = 3,700 gems (still more than the full-priced prep. pack)

• *Sales vary including occasional freebies, and of course weekly L10 storyline freebie, etc.. For the purposes of this calculation, I have left them out.
