Does Not Reflect Increased Duration

The increase in outgoing condition damage does not seem to be reflected in the equipment panel of the hero window, or in skill tooltips. I checked my condition duration percentages in the Hero Window with and without the trait selected, and saw no difference in the percentages; I also checked my condition duration on my skills and saw no difference with or without the trait. However, I did a quick test, and the trait does seem to work appropriately, at least in terms of outgoing duration. ~ A R A ~ (talk) 10:01, 10 March 2020 (UTC)
