I was also able to buy this for a relatively small (16?) amount of aurillium from a skritt merchant in AB after completing all the westwatch pylons. Didn't remember his name, but he was standing right next to the northernmost pylon. --76.14.17.93 06:58, 5 November 2015 (UTC)
