Killed about 100 Ascalons before killing Dulfy and it didn't drop, after killing 8 Ascalons past the gate it dropped. Might only count from Ascalons past the gate.
Had one drop from a reward bag from Living World Season 2 storyline, part 5. (Echoes of the Past), The Ghosts of Fort Salma story step. The item was rewarded from Ghostly Bag of Loot, which is probably the same item as drops from the fractals.
