There is a sword that shares this name in the book series "eragon" I would put that under a trivia header but I have no clue how to edit wiki, lol. Here's a link to the wiki page for it. http://inheritance.wikia.com/wiki/Naegling

Well actually the sword in Eragon (and this sword as well) are named for Naegling, the name of Beowulf's sword. I'll go add that in now. N Sejick 17:53, 13 November 2012 (UTC)
