It has 1 second internal CD, like all other crit-hp-steal-food. Tested with dual axe ~90% critchance warrior with multiple enemies and Whirling Axe. I was below 90% hp whole time and only regen i had was from Mixed Berry Pie once every 1sec or even 1.5 sec sometimes.--83.25.254.16 12:13, 12 October 2013 (UTC)
